Terms and Conditions for Gondel Training and Mentoring Service

 

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Gondel Training and Mentoring Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our services.

 

2. Eligibility: Users can be individuals or organizations, professionals or managers seeking training and mentoring services. By accessing our services, you confirm that you meet this eligibility criterion.

 

3. Program Enrollment: Enrollment in Gondel Training and Mentoring programs is subject to availability. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.

 

4. Payment and Fees: Users agree to pay the specified fees for the selected training and mentoring programs. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy.

 

5. Program Changes: Gondel Training and Mentoring Service reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the training and mentoring programs, including content, schedules, and features, at any time without prior notice.

 

6. User Conduct: Users are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully in all interactions within the training and mentoring programs. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without a refund. Users may engage with our team and others by commenting on blog posts on our social media profiles, pages, or in social media groups we control. Additionally, if you are enrolled in one of our courses or programs, you may have the opportunity to leave comments in our course content portal. We reserve the right to moderate all comments, including the removal of those we consider spam, rude, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable, without prior notification or correspondence with you. All communication must remain kind, respectful, and polite. Adherence to the specific terms and conditions outlined in the participation agreements for our programs and courses is mandatory. Users must especially respect the confidentiality of fellow participants and their shared information. Any engagement deemed irresponsible, disrespectful, or aggressive towards our team or others will not be tolerated. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any agreement with clients who exhibit disrespectful, difficult-to-work-with, abusive, or aggressive behavior. Furthermore, in the event of a dispute, both parties agree to a mutually non-disparagement agreement, refraining from engaging in public discussions about the issues and maintaining polite behavior towards each other to avoid interfering with each other's business or personal interests.

7. Video Training Training materials, including video modules, written training materials, and additional resources, can be downloaded from the website. Upon purchasing any of the Gondel program's training and mentoring courses, instructions will be provided on how to access the content. This may entail navigating to the website, utilizing provided Zoom links during live sessions, or accessing downloadable materials via a provided link. Should you encounter any challenges accessing your purchased course or program content, please notify us promptly for assistance. In the event of unforeseen technology or internet disruptions affecting Zoom sessions, arrangements will be made to reschedule them.

 

8. Online Mentoring: As part of our terms of agreement with clients, all mentoring sessions are conducted online via Zoom. Once you have booked and paid for your online mentoring session through the booking link on our website, we will promptly email you a Zoom link for your appointment. Please ensure that you have Zoom installed and operational before the scheduled session. Should you encounter any technical or internet-related issues while logging into Zoom, please inform us immediately via phone or text. If the problem persists, you have the option to proceed with the consultation via phone or reschedule for another time. We kindly request that clients attend their online mentoring sessions punctually, in a quiet and distraction-free environment. We commit to doing the same. In case of unavoidable lateness, please notify us as soon as possible. During the session, clients are asked to be alone, please note that mentoring sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis and do not include additional participants. At times, technological or connectivity issues may arise, impeding the smooth conduct of an online mentoring session. If such issues persist and cannot be resolved, clients may choose to proceed with the consultation via phone or reschedule for a later date. It is important to understand that tardiness will not extend the duration of the mentoring session; clients will participate for the remaining scheduled time only. The mentoring session will not exceed the agreed-upon duration.

9. Intellectual Property: All content provided in Gondel Training and Mentoring programs, including but not limited to materials, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of Gondel. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without explicit permission.

In regards to our online training and mentoring program, referred to as the Gondel program, all content found on our website, social media profiles, pages, groups, courses, programs, and presentations, inclusive of graphics, photographs, and materials crafted for our clients as part of their training and mentoring program, is safeguarded by copyright laws and treaties globally, with all rights reserved. While you are encouraged to distribute publicly available content, such as blog posts, through social media, you must acknowledge us and provide a link back to our website. You are permitted to store, print, and replicate publicly available content for personal use, provided proper acknowledgment is given. During consultations or participation in our programs, we may provide reports, information sheets, worksheets, videos, or other materials containing our proprietary training secrets exclusively for our clients' personal use. These materials must not be shared with others and may only be printed or downloaded for personal, non-commercial purposes. The commercial use of our content that competes with our business is strictly prohibited. You may link to our website or social media profiles fairly and legally, without tarnishing our reputation or implying any association, approval, or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our registered and unregistered trademarks, logos, and service marks, including those related to the Gondel training and mentoring program, may not be utilized without a license or in any way that may cause marketplace confusion or disparage our business. Third-party trademarks and content featured on our website are unrelated to us, and any reference to such trademarks or brand names is solely for descriptive purposes.
