Refund Policy
Refund Policy for Gondel Training and Mentoring Service:
1. Enrollment Fees: All enrollment fees for Gondel Training and Mentoring programs are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this refund policy.
2. Session Cancellations: If Gondel Training and Mentoring Service cancels a scheduled session within a program, participants will be notified, and efforts will be made to reschedule the session. If rescheduling is not possible, participants may be eligible for a partial refund. Various challenges, whether minor inconveniences or significant obstacles, can arise when delivering and accessing online training and mentoring services. These may include internet connectivity issues, power disruptions, interruptions by family members, tardiness to sessions, temporary illnesses, or technical glitches with login credentials or downloads. If you encounter an issue, please inform us promptly, and we will make every effort to resolve it swiftly. If the problem affects a live online session and can be promptly addressed, we will reschedule the session. In the event of technical difficulties accessing any purchased course program or presentation materials, we will work to address the issues promptly. However, if you encounter a substantial obstacle—one that cannot be rectified within a reasonable timeframe or would have dissuaded you from purchasing the service/product had you been aware of it beforehand—you have the option to cancel your purchase and request a refund. To request a refund for such an obstacle, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the service, gaining access to the content, or downloading the product. Please provide a clear explanation of the issue and why you believe it constitutes a significant obstacle. If we agree that such an obstacle exists and are unable to resolve it, we will process your refund within 14 days or negotiate compensation for the difference between the price paid and the value of the product or services provided. If you discover a significant obstacle after the initial 48-hour period, please inform us as soon as possible. We will work with you in good faith to assess your eligibility for a refund based on the nature of the obstacle, the time since purchase, and what is reasonable and fair to both parties under the circumstances. Please note that we do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes will vary for each individual. Therefore, we do not offer refunds based on results achieved.
3. Refund Process: To request a refund, participants must submit a written request to the provided contact email. The request should include the participant's name, program details, and the reason for the refund. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the criteria outlined in this policy.
4. Non-attendance: Non-attendance or lack of participation in training or mentoring sessions does not entitle participants to a refund.
Additionally, if you fail to attend a mentoring session without notifying us, that session will be forfeited. However, if you notify us within 24 hours, we will make arrangements to reschedule the session for you.
5. Discretionary Refunds: Gondel Training and Mentoring Service reserves the right, at its discretion, to consider refund requests outside the scope of this policy in exceptional circumstances.
6. Refund Processing Time: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Participants will be notified once the refund has been processed.
7. Changes to Refund Policy: This refund policy may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Contact Information: For questions or concerns about this refund policy, please contact us at office@gondel.org.
