Learning Outcomes Participants will learn to recognise trauma triggers, trauma responses, and trauma-related behaviours, understand trauma’s impact on conflict, improve emotional regulation, apply reflective practice, and use trauma-informed conflict management strategies and the Gondel Method. 4.
